All applications for funding must be completed and submitted online.

Important notes to remember

  • The cut-off date for each funding round is midnight on the 10th of every month. Applications received after this date will be held for the next months meeting.

  • Please submit your grant application at least 6-8 weeks before funding is required. Grant applications relating to an event must be submitted in the funding round the month before the month of the event. The Gambling Act 2003 prohibits us from approving an application to reimburse money already spent by an applicant.

  • Grant application outcomes will be notified at the end of each month. 

  • Organisations must have a current not-for-profit status or have a current affiliation with an registered Regional or National Body.

  • Prior to starting your application for funding, please carefully read the following Supporting Documentation Guide.

  • Applicants are responsible for ensuring application details and documentation fit the criteria in this guide. Following this will help ensure the application is compliant, increasing the opportunity for a successful outcome.
