Step-by-Step Guide to Completing the Application Form

  1. Download and print-off an application form (cannot be completed online).

  2. Complete the form in full providing as much detail as possible. If you run out of space on the form, please inlcude an attachment or cover letter. Please note: GST exclusive totals must be used in the detailed cost breakdown area.

  3. Ensure you have all the required documentation to support your application. See the checklist here.

  4. Have the application form signed by the Chairperson and/or Secretary of your organisation's board as well as one other authorised person (if they can't both sign).

  5. Take a copy of the full application for your records. We require the originals and are unable to return any documentation.

  6. For your application to be considered at our next grants meeting, ensure your application is received by our office by 4pm prior to the 10th of the month. If the 10th of the month is a non-working day, applications must be received on the last working day before the 10th.
